DIRECTORY-ONLY BUSINESSES | No DM community access | Proposed effective date: Jan 1, 2027
1. Nature of the product
Directory Listing Only is a paid business listing service offered by Designers Meet (“DM”), not a Vendor Membership
or Partnership. Approval allows the business to appear in the private Vendor Directory accessible to approved,
logged-in designers within the Designer Portal. The directory is not public.
2. No access to the community
A Directory Listing Only purchase does not grant attendance at regular DM Meets, access to designer chats or
community spaces, member rosters or contact databases, event hosting, partnership recognition, exclusivity or other
vendor membership privileges.
Purchasing a listing cannot be used to bypass DM's vendor membership requirement for community access.
3. Application, review and content standards
Listing applications are subject to DM approval. Businesses must submit accurate company name, categories,
service region, description, contact details, website, logo and any requested credentials. DM may request changes,
decline unsuitable content, or remove misleading or infringing material consistent with applicable law.
The business represents that it owns or has permission to use all supplied images, trademarks and descriptions.
4. Profile management and access permissions
Approved listing businesses may access their own Vendor Portal account to update their own listing, subject to
moderation. They cannot browse the private designer-facing directory, see designer member records, export
contacts or access other vendors' private accounts.
DM may set reasonable profile fields, image limits, category standards and publication review periods.
5. Listing placement and no guaranteed results
DM does not guarantee profile views, ranking, impressions, referrals, sales, inquiries or any business outcome.
Listing inclusion is not a DM endorsement, certification or recommendation. DM may organize the directory using
transparent categories, search and filtering rules.
6. Pricing, term, renewal and cancellation
The listing fee, term, renewal date, payment schedule, taxes, cancellation method and any refund policy must be
displayed and accepted before checkout. Any suggested 2027 listing price—including a previously discussed $290
annual amount—remains unapproved until DM confirms it in writing.
Any recurring charge requires a separate, clear opt-in authorization meeting applicable law. A cancellation of future
renewal does not itself establish a right to a refund for the current listing term; the final published refund policy and
applicable law govern.

7. Conduct, privacy and communications
Listing businesses must follow the universal DM Code of Ethics and applicable laws. They may not harvest, scrape
or redistribute member data, misrepresent an affiliation with DM, or use directory participation to send unsolicited
mass promotional messages.
8. Suspension, removal and expiry
DM may temporarily hide, correct or remove a listing for material inaccuracies, intellectual-property concerns,
nonpayment or violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law and fair review where appropriate. At the end of a
paid term without renewal, the listing may be unpublished.
Refund rights, if any, are determined by the approved written listing purchase terms and applicable law.
9. Upgrades to vendor membership
Listing businesses may apply to upgrade to a paid Vendor Membership. An upgrade is not automatic; DM must
approve it and disclose the applicable fees, new term, access rights and any credit for unused listing time before
charging.
10. Changes and legal details
DM may update directory formats, profile fields and published policies prospectively with reasonable notice where
appropriate. Insert the legal entity name, official contact details, effective date and counsel-approved Florida terms
before publication.
11. Directory applicant acknowledgment
I am authorized to apply for this business; I certify that the listing information is accurate and that I have rights to
submitted content; I accept the Directory Listing Terms and separate DM Code of Ethics; and I understand that the
purchase provides listing visibility only—not community access, vendor membership, guaranteed referrals or
exclusivity.
